Agent Location Users

The Sales menu is always available when you log in. Sales pages display information for the agent location associated with your user ID.

Chain Account Users

The Sales menu is always available when you log in.

• If you do not select a location on the Menu bar, Sales pages display rolled-up information for all chain locations, as authorized by the user ID. To display totals for a single agent location, select the location on the Menu bar.

• If you select an agent location on the Menu bar, Sales pages display information for the selected location. To display chain account totals, select Chain Totals on any Sales page.

Vermont Lottery Users

The Sales menu is only available after you select a chain account or agent location on the Menu bar.

• If you select a chain account but do not select a location, Sales pages display information for the entire chain.

• If you select a chain account and a location on the Menu bar, Sales pages display information for the selected location. To display associated corporate account totals, select Chain Totals on any Sales page.

• If you select a location on the Menu bar that is not associated with a chain account, Sales pages display information for the selected location.

To display information for a different chain account or agent location:

1. Click (Clear Selection button) on the Menu bar to clear both the chain account and location selections, and return to the Home Dashboard page.

2. Select the chain account on the Menu bar and optionally select a location within the chain account.
