The Scheduled Reports page displays a list of all the users' scheduled reports that are set up by the user to run on a schedule. They are displayed as rows in a grid. Each row contains the following information:
Name — name of the report assigned by the user
Report — name of the Vermont Lottery report
Location / Chain Account — name of the agent location or chain account for which the report is run
Frequency — time period that defines the schedule for running the report (either daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly)
Format — file format in which the report is saved
E-mail? — indicates Yes (to receive an e-mail containing the scheduled report and displays an E-mail address entry box) or No
Action — Edit or delete a scheduled report
The first column in the grid contains arrows that display and hide the report's run dates. The last column contains action buttons that allow the user to edit and delete the scheduled running of the report.
