Add/Edit Scheduled Reports Page

The Add/Edit Scheduled Report page allows you to set a report to automatically run on a schedule and to make changes to existing scheduled reports.

What You Can Do

From the Scheduled Report page, click to display the Add/Edit Scheduled Reports page.

Enter data in the following fields as needed to schedule your report.

Report Type	Select the report name.
Name	Enter a name for the scheduled report.
Target Type	Select the option to define the level of report: Location or Chain Account.
Location	Enter the location or select the chain account.
Frequency	Select time period the report will run: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly. If you select Daily, the report runs every morning, Monday through Sunday. If you select Weekly, you can select a Day of the Week. The default value of Sun runs the report for the previous accounting week. If you select Monthly, the report will run on the first of the month for the previous month. If you select Quarterly, the report will run on the first of January, April, July, and October for the previous quarter.
Format	Select the format of the report: PDF, XLS, DOC, CSV, XML, or HTM.
E-mail	If you want the report sent to an e-mail address, select the E-mail? check box and enter the e-mail address. The default mailing address is the one entered on the Edit Profile page, but you can change the address as needed.

From the Scheduled Report page, click to in the Actions column to display the report in the Add/Edit Scheduled Reports page.

Modify the following fields as needed to change the scheduled report.

Report Type	Change the scheduled report selection.
Name	Change the name of the scheduled report.
Target Type	Change the option to define the level of report: Location or Corporate.
Location	Select the location or chain account.
Frequency	Select a different time period the report will run: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly. If you select Daily, the report runs every morning. If you select Weekly, you can select a Day of the Week. The default value of Sun runs the report for the previous accounting week. If you select Monthly, the report will run on the first of the month for the previous month. If you select Quarterly, the report will run on the first of January, April, July, and October for the previous quarter.
Format	Change the format of the report: PDF, XLS, DOC, CSV, XML or HTM.
E-mail	Change the E-mail check box selection. When the E-mail check box is selected, an e-mail address is required. The default mailing address is the one entered on the Edit Profile page, but you can change the address as needed.
