If you are logged in as a chain account user and have selected an agent location, the default display option is Location Totals.

If you have changed the default display option, select Location Totals to display totals for the agent location.

If you are logged in as a chain account user and have not selected an agent location on the Menu bar, the page displays totals for all authorized locations.

If you are logged in as a chain account user and have selected an agent location, select Chain Totals to display roll-up totals for all authorized locations.

1. Click next to the Start Date field and select a start date from the calendar.

2. Click next to the End Date field and select an end date from the calendar.

 

To sort by a column, click the column header if the column allows sorting. The symbols on the right-hand side of the column header indicate that sorting is allowed.

When the user selects an ascending sort, the header is displayed in white with an upward pointer.

When the user selects a descending sort, the header is displayed in white with a downward pointer.

Click the button associated with the shipment number you want to view detail information about.
