The Sales, Cashes, and Commissions report contains dollar amounts for net sales, cashes, and commissions for all game types for an agent location during the time period designated by the user-entered Start Date and End Date.
Each row displays the following information for each agent:

Instant Sales
Total Sales (Draw Sales + Fast Play Sales + Instant Sales)
Draw Cashes
Fast Play Cashes
Instant Cashes
Total Cashes (Draw Cashes + Fast Play Cashes + Instant Cashes)
Draw Sales Commissions
Draw Sell Bonus
Fast Play Sales Commissions
Fast Play Sell Bonus
Instant Sales Commissions
Instant Sell Bonus
Total Commissions (Draw Commissions + Fast Play Commissions + Instant Commissions)
If the report contains multiple agent locations, the report is sorted by location number.
An Account Totals row indicating the overall total values of all rows for all agent locations is displayed at the end of the report.
