The Books of Concern report lists the agent name, game number, and book information for books that have reached certain conditions to be of concern if they meet certain criteria as established by the Vermont Lottery.
Each row displays the following information about each agent location and its books:
Agent Number
Agent Name
Game Number
Game Name
Book Number
Book Status
Status Date
Reason
Mainifest
Report data is grouped by agent location and sorted by location number if the report contains multiple locations. A Location Totals summary row indicating the total number of concerning books is displayed at the end of each section for each agent location.
An Account Totals summary row indicating the total number of concerning books for the chain account is also displayed at the end of the report.
