Each row displays the following settlement information:

Manifest Number
Game #
Book #
Settle Date
Ticket Price
# of Tkt
Book Value
Comm Amt
Settle Amt
Report data is grouped by agent location and sorted by location number if the report contains multiple locations.
A Location Totals row displays Books Settled and Net Settlement totals for the location.
An Account Totals row displays totals for each chain account.
