Activations and Settles Report

The Activations and Settles report displays books that were moved to active or settled status for each agent location for the time period defined by the Start Date and End Date.

Each row displays the agent's adjustment information:

• Agent Number

• Agent Name

• Game Number

• Book Number

• Game Name

• Book Status

• Status Reason

• Status Date

• Book Value

Report data is grouped by agent location and sorted by location number if the report contains multiple agent locations. Total book count and book value by agent location is also displayed for each location.

A Report Summary row indicating total book count and total book value for the chain account is also displayed at the end of the report.
