Users Page

1. Enter data in at least one of the following fields:

Username—Enter all or part of a user name as entered in the Users page to include only those users whose name includes the entry.

Full Name—Enter all or part of the user’s full name as entered in the Users page to include only those users whose name includes the entry.

2. Optionally select all or any of the additional search criteria:

Role—Select a security role to include only those users with the selected role.

Status—Select a user status to include only those users with the selected status.

3. Click to display matching users.

2. Click under the Actions column to display the user in edit mode.

2. Click . The user's password is reset to the standard login password. Inform the user that he or she will be required to change the password on the next login.

Chain Account—Select a chain to limit the search to a chain account.

At location—Select a location to limit the search to a specific location. If you select a location

With status—Select the users’ Status.

3. Click to display matching users.

2.	Enter the following data to create the new user. Username Enter text for the user's username. Full Name Enter the user's full name. E-mail address Enter user's email address. This will be used to reset the user's password. Type Select the user type from the drop-down menu. Role Select the user's role from the drop-down menu. Status Select the user status from the drop-down menu. Chain Account Select a chain account from the drop-down menu. (This option displays only for Corporate users) Location Select a location from the drop-down menu. (This option displays only for retailer/agent users.)
3.	Click to add the user to the database.
