The News page allows authorized users to search for news items that have been set up for display on the Home Dashboard page under News. Authorized users can also create and maintain the news items that display on the Home Dashboard page. In addition to text, images and attachments can be included with the news item. The user enters dates that define when the news item's headline first appears on the Home Dashboard page and when the news item stops appearing.
1. Enter data in at least one of the following fields.
Headline Contains—enter text that appears in the headline.
Body Contains—enter text that appears in the headline.
Posted after—enter a date that the news item was posted after.
Posted before—enter a date that the news item was posted on or before.
With restriction type—select a restriction if applicable.
Show auto-generated?—select this checkbox if applicable.
